Notary Public

The Executive Director (Helen Lowe Smith) is a notary who is authorized to attests or certifies deeds and other writings to make them authentic, and takes affidavits, depositions and protests of negotiable paper.

Secretarial Service

The secretarial service assist clients with meeting their needs for composing and typing of various letters and documents that pertains to: Bill of sale, Response to IRS Notice, Trust letter to Bank or Broker, Trust letter to Mortgage lender, Consulting agreement, Living Will, Power of Attorney,Proposals, and a host of other documents.The Secretarial service also assist with Resume Writing, Cover Letters, and the typing of college term papers and thesis.We create newsletters, flyers, and business cards.

Timely, efficient bookkeeping services are available for businesses of all sizes. Helen's Tax Service supports Quickbooks accounting programs.
